There is nothing that gives me more pleasure then making a meal almost completely from our garden. Though it doesn't happen nearly as much as I would like it to, being conscious of the positive impact this little deed has on our planet makes the food taste all the better (well and the food actually does just taste better). And I love how excited Grace gets to eat the food she helped grow as well. In fact I am quite certain there a some things she wouldn't even try had she not been witness to the wonder of a small seed turning into something edible with just a little care.
Yes, a satisfying meal indeed.
