American Plum Jam- From Our Trees
Plum Jam Recipe
5 cups of plums (pitted but skins on)
4 cups of sugar
1 cup of water
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook rapidly for 15 minutes. Poor hot jam into hot sterilized jars leaving 1/4in head space. To seal boil jars for 10 minutes.
