Ten

Birthday Highlights...
~ She was so grown up about opening her presents, trying to spread them out throughout the day
~ Her smile, it was so bright on her first day of ten
~ Lunch with Grandma Sam, our first visitor (I didn't do such a good job of making sure I got a picture with everyone, no pics of Katie and Kris either)
~ The afternoon with Grandma Lee and Papa
~ Making gingerbread cookies
~ Dinner with Katie and Kris (I made a big pot of venison chili to serve all day)
~ Cupcakes with (accidentally) twice as much butter as called for (whoops, it was late when I made them, but a good mistake)
~ More birthday fun to come as she decided to pick one friend to bring skiing this year, think that will happen in January
